Kadai Paneer is a popular North Indian dish made with paneer (Indian cottage cheese), bell peppers, onions, and tomatoes cooked in a spicy, aromatic blend of freshly ground spices known as kadai masala. Served hot in a traditional wok (kadai), it pairs perfectly with naan or jeera rice.
