At ONEBAZAAR, we aim to provide fast and reliable delivery of fresh food and groceries to your doorstep. Please read our Shipping & Delivery Policy to understand how we process and deliver your orders.


A. Delivery Areas

We currently offer delivery in the following regions:

  • At Present We’re only delivering in Panipat.
    Note: Delivery availability may vary by location and time of day.

B. Delivery Timings

1. Food Orders (Prepared Meals)

  • Delivery Time: Within 30–60 minutes of order confirmation
  • Orders are prepared fresh and delivered hot. Delays may occur during peak hours or due to weather/traffic.

2. Grocery Orders

  • Same-Day Delivery: Available for orders placed before [Cut-off Time, e.g., 8:00 PM]
  • Next-Day Delivery: For orders placed after the cut-off
  • Delivery slots can be selected during checkout

C. Delivery Charges

  • Food Orders: Flat rate : Rs.20/- within 2km, Rs.30/- within 3km, Rs.70/- within 5-10km. Free delivery for orders over Rs.499/-
  • Grocery Orders: Flat rate : Rs.20/- within 2km, Rs.30/- within 3km, Rs.70/- within 5-10km. Free delivery for orders over Rs.999/-
  • Special delivery zones or express delivery may incur additional charges, shown at checkout.

D. Order Tracking

  • You will receive real-time updates via SMS, email, or in-app notifications.
  • Track your delivery status using the live tracker on our app or website.

E. Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries

  • Please ensure your contact number is reachable and someone is available to receive the order.
  • If the delivery fails due to incorrect address or unreachable recipient, we may:
    • Attempt one redelivery (charges may apply), or
    • Cancel the order (refund not applicable for perishable items)

F. Delays & Exceptional Circumstances

While we strive to deliver on time, delays may happen due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Traffic or roadblocks
  • High demand during peak hours or holidays

In such cases, our support team will inform you and offer the best possible resolution.


G. Special Instructions

You may leave special delivery instructions during checkout (e.g., “Leave at door”, “Call on arrival”). Our team will do its best to accommodate them, but they are not guaranteed.
