A. FOOD ORDERS (Prepared Meals / Cooked Items)

1. Cancellations

  • You may cancel your food order within 2 to 5 minutes of placing it.
  • After this window, the order is typically being prepared or dispatched and cannot be cancelled or refunded.

2. Returns & Refunds

Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we do not accept returns on food orders. However, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:

  • You receive the wrong item
  • The food is spoiled or unsafe to consume
  • Your order is missing items

To report an issue:
Contact us within 2 hours of delivery with your order number, description of the problem, and supporting photos (if applicable).


B. GROCERY ORDERS (Packaged Goods, Fresh Produce, Pantry Items)

1. Returns

We accept returns for eligible grocery items if:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or expired
  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The item is unopened and in original packaging (for non-perishables)

Return Window:
You must request a return within 24 hours of delivery.

2. Refunds

Approved grocery returns will be refunded via:

  • Original payment method, or
  • Store credit, depending on your preference

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval and inspection.

D. Important Notes

  • Perishable groceries (e.g., fresh fruits, dairy) must be returned in original condition and packaging.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund or return if:
    • The product was used or tampered with
    • The return window has expired
    • The issue cannot be validated
